The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have the number of users purchased within that plan. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS & Email. However, these charges are minimal. For example, just $10 dollars will give you about 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages. Unless you are running an extremely large business or marketing campaign, these numbers are usually sufficient for most small businesses.

We want to make sure you are set up for success, so we set up weekly trainings to help you get set up and train you on how to use Syncly360 on a day to day basis.
